An invitation to you

Hello,

My name is Bro. Mark Motz, SM, and I am the national vocation director for the Marianist Province of the United States.

I believe that God is calling more people to religious life, but many do not slow down to listen. My Marianist brothers and sisters and I pray for you as you discern your path as a disciple of Christ, and we want to help you listen to God’s call in your life.

I invite you to learn more about the Marianists and discern if God is calling you to join us in our mission. Our primary objective is formation in faith, and we accomplish that by building intentional communities in a variety of ways.

In the United States, Marianists minister in secondary schools, universities, parishes, retreat houses, inner city neighborhoods, family ministries, the trades, the arts and the legal and medical professions. We also are engaged in service to the poor in Eastern Africa and India.

The work we do serves Christ by serving his children. We follow Mary’s model of discipleship and like her, we seek to bring Christ to the world.

Watch the video below to learn what two Marianist brothers have to say about pursuing a religious vocation. I also invite you to visit the Marianist Family Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.

Please contact me if you have questions or prayer requests. It would be great to talk with you.

Again, we pray for you in the journey of discovering your life’s calling!

Christ’s Peace,

Bro. Mark Motz, SM
National Vocation Direct
