Administrative Assistant – Temporalities
The Marianist Province of the United States, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is looking to hire an administrative assistant for the Office of Temporalities. This role is responsible for providing clerical support and related services to the Office of Temporalities.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Performs general office tasks, including but not limited to typing, preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as necessary for a finance office
- Assists Office Administrator in the accounts payable process as needed
- Assists with the office accounting system as needed
- Process medical invoices for the brothers for payment to providers or reimbursements to the communities
- Primary contact with medical insurance provider for the brothers
- Assists in property/auto/liability insurance as requested
- Organizes in-person and virtual meetings for the office as needed
- Maintains the filing systems for accounts payable, medical insurance, Social Security/Medicare, and personnel files for the brothers

Chaminade University (Honolulu, HI) – Director of Campus Ministry
Chaminade University is looking for a Director of Campus Ministry. The Campus Ministry Director is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of all activities and programs for Chaminade University of Honolulu related to the spiritual development and growth of students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a Campus Ministry program which will provide opportunities for the formation of faith in students
- Plan and execute activities and programs related to the spiritual development and growth of students
- Expand the reach of Campus Ministry by maintaining regular and purposeful contact with all students with particular outreach to students who are not active in Campus Ministry, commuter students, and students in residence halls. Particular attention is given to student athletes and the students in the School of Nursing.
- Mentor approximately one-third to one-half of the Chaminade Scholars participating in the Chaminade Scholars program
- Provide one-on-one guidance for students as needed
- Supervise the staff of the Campus Ministry office including Assistant Campus Minister, Administrative Assistant, student workers and volunteers
- Manage the department budget
