Superintendent of Catholic Schools

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a superintendent of schools. The superintendent is responsible for providing vision and leadership for the 48 schools of the Archdiocese. The superintendent develops and administers Archdiocesan policies working collaboratively with principals, pastors and Archdiocesan staff.

Requirements:

• A practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church and knowledgeable in Catholic theology
• A master's degree in educational administration or the equivalent
• At least five years experience in administration and management in a Catholic school
• A background in financial management of schools
• Ability to work within a multicultural environment
