Dear Marianist Persons and Communities,

The Marianist Lay Directory is being updated, if you would please respond or pass on the request to your Lay Community Contact person, it would be much appreciated.
For the Communities we need the name, location area, foundation date, number of meetings per year current number of member and a short community description. A contact person's name, address, phone, fax if there is one, and most importantly an email address.
For individuals we need the name, address, home phone, work phone if desired, fax if available, email address and the name of any communities that the person belonds to.

If you are a lay person, this is also a good time to register to vote for the next elections if you so wish. Once you have registered, you do not have to register again. If you don't remember, if is ok to register, just include the statement - Register to vote.

If you happen to have the 2000 Directory, there are forms in the back that can be copied and used.

We hope to have most of the work on this finished by the Assembly, so that it can be checked by attendees for accuracy. Also, please let us know if someone who was part of your community has left and if you would let them know about this update so they can remain listed if they so wish. If you know they do not wish to be listed, please include that information.
