Magdali Xalxo, who died suddenly in early August. May she rest in peace. Magdali was the mother of Bro. Simon Xalxo (India).

Edmund Bolin, who died on Aug. 5, 2005, in Southern California after a long illness. May he rest in peace. Edmund was the brother of Fr. John Bolin (Marianist Hall Community, Honolulu).

Oscar Añeses, who died Aug. 10, 2005, in Puerto Rico. May he rest in peace. Oscar was the uncle of novice Armando Añeses (Marianist novitiate, Dayton).

Helen Moder, who died Aug. 18, 2005. May she rest in peace. Helen was a Marianist Affiliate and mother of former Marianist religious John Moder.

Marie Moyer, who died Aug. 13, 2005, in Baltimore. May she rest in peace. Marie, a Marianist Associate, and her husband Jack were among the first group of consecrated Associates. In the early 1970s, they moved to the Marianist Family Retreat Center in Cape May Point, N.J., to become part of the first lay and religious mixed community.

Fr. Anthony Ceresko, OSFS, a scripture scholar, who died Aug. 13, 2005, in the Philippines. May he rest in peace. Fr. Anthony taught in Toronto and Bangalore.
