Inside
this issue:
Dear
Friends,
As we make
our way through these winter months down here in Cape May Point, with our near
empty streets and deserted beaches, you would never know that inside the walls
of our Center we are busily preparing for our 2009 Summer Family Retreats. As a matter of fact all of the
Directors, Assistant Directors and the Host Families are selected and ready to
go. We are zeroing in on a theme
(but that will remain a secret for now!) and our Planning Day is set for Feb.
21st. So as these cold
winter days slip away please keep us in your prayers as we prepare for your
arrival and for the arrival of warmer days.
Peace to you
and your families,
Anthony

Marriage
Moments and Parenting Pointers
On
Marriage…
As
Valentines' Day approaches why not dig out the readings you used at your
wedding. In a quiet moment read them to each other again and ponder what
they mean to you now. If you can't find them try 1 Corinthians 13:
4-13.
On
Parenting…
"My
child, why have you done this to us? See how worried your father and I have
been, looking for you." (Luke 2:48) Just as Jesus confounded his parents when he
stayed in the temple talking with the teachers, sometimes our children worry us.
OK, maybe a lot of the time. Put your child in God's hands. Sometimes that's all
there is left to do.
Blessings to
All!
