PRESIDENTS AND PRINCIPALS GATHER FOR ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Presidents and principals of Marianist high schools and members of the Province’s Office of Education met in St. Louis from Oct. 23 to Oct. 25 for the annual School Administrators Conference. Sr. Carol CiminoSSJ, gave a presentation, “Marianist and Catholic Schools in the 21st century.” Carol Ramey (director, NACMS) led a discussion about Marianist leadership, and Toni Mesina (national coordinator, Marianist LIFE) conducted sessions about LIFE. The event also featured presentations from the Province Office of Education, Province Director of Development Allison Hewitt, and Masses presided by Fr. Larry Doersching and Fr. Mitch Doyen. “I learned so much about the Marianist charism and traditions at this meeting and I networked with many wonderful principals throughout the states, Puerto Rico and Ireland,” said Teresita Wardlow, principal, Chaminade-Madonna. “I am very honored to be part of the Marianist Family.”
