Welcome, Bro. Mark Motz!
The Marianist Province of the United States is proud to welcome and congratulate its newest brother, Mark Motz.
Bro. Mark professed his first vows May 18, 2013, at a Mass at Queen of Apostles Chapel at Mount Saint John in Beavercreek, Ohio. Fr. William Meyer presided at the Eucharist. Bro. Joseph Kamis, assistant provincial, received the vows.
The profession marks the completion of a two-year novitiate for Brother Mark, 25, who is now a “temporary professed” Marianist brother. He will spend the next three or more years in formation. At the end of this period, and upon the approval of the Marianist Province, Brother Mark may profess perpetual vows in the order.
New Marianist brother Mark Motz is applauded after his profession of first vows. To his left are Andrew Giles, Fr. William Meyer, SM, and Fr. Christopher Wittmann, SM.
